Refund/Order Cancellation

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

It is possible to cancel the order within 24h with a 95% refund (once the order is placed, the company, even if canceled, automatically pays the transaction costs of the card).

To cancel / cancel the order, the cancellation request must be sent to our e-mail address (info@illusionphotograph.com), which must indicate the order reference number. In case of successful cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL / CANCEL THE ORDER FOR NON-DELIVERY, IN THIS CASE, YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND WE WILL SEND ANOTHER PRODUCT.

REFUND POLICIES

Product (Complete) Damaged (before use)
If by chance the product arrived damaged, after sending an email to info@illusionphotograph.com , the customer has the following options:

  1. Receive another product of the same value as the single product. 
  2. Refund 80% of the entire amount  paid.
  3. Discount coupon of the value spent, to purchase any other product on our site.

*  Complimentary products (being free) cannot be subject to return or refund. *

* Whichever option is chosen, you must first proceed by returning the faulty product to us ( Express shipping, with tracking number available, to be paid by the customer) and once our Operators have verified the fault, we will proceed with the chosen option *

Within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 - Consumer Code). The goods must be returned intact and not worn or used, in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and the original labels not removed, enclosing the delivery document inside the package.

Product (Complete) Damaged (after use)

If the product has already been used, however, you would like to make the return within 10 days of receiving the package, the return of the product is possible, but due to the use of the product the refund will be partial. The customer has the following options:

  1. Receive a 50% Discount Coupon for any product on our site.
  2. Refund of 30% of the entire amount paid.

* Complimentary products (being free) cannot be subject to return or refund. *

* Whichever option is chosen it is necessary to proceed first by returning the faulty product to us (Express shipping, with tracking number available, to be paid by the customer) and once our Operators have verified the fault, we will proceed with the chosen option *

Single piece damaged (after use)

  1. Receive a 20% Discount Coupon for any product on our site.
  2. 15% refund of the entire amount paid
  3. Receive another product of the same value as the single piece.

How to make a return

  1. Send an email to ( info@illusionphotograph.com) with the subject 'REFUND', specifying the order number.
  2. Write us the reason for the refund.
  3. Specify the date the product arrived.
  4. If possible, please send us an attached photo / video.

The shipment of the product to be returned in its original condition (as already described) must take place within 10 days from the manifestation of the intention to return. The return of the products is under the responsibility of the customer and must be done by express courier with the possibility of tracing the shipment, the costs of which will be fully borne by the customer. The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the IllusionPhotograph offices, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

Cost of Returns
In the US and abroad, the shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer and must be made by express courier. Any additional shipping costs for home delivery of the product will not be refunded and therefore remain the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping costs.
